VEGGIE TURMERIC GLOW BOWL
If you read ANY of my posts, you will soon come to understand my deep-seated appreciation for turmeric. The benefits are endless, so I will find any excuse to add to my dishes. Keep in mind you can go light or heavy with your turmeric hand depending on your taste preference. I hope you get a chance to ENJOY!

🌱 Quinoa ~ Cook 1 cup in 2 1/2 cups of vegetable broth. Add 1 tsp of turmeric when finished cooking.
*Rinse and drain Quinoa before cooking to eliminate possible digestive issues.
🌱 Remove large sweet potato skin, dice and then sauté in pan with a bit of avocado oil and until golden brown.
🌱 Roast sweet potatoes at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I drizzle avocado oil and then sprinkle with a dash of himalayan sea salt, turmeric and cumin.
🌱 Roast chickpeas at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or desired tenderness. Drizzle with a bit of avocado oil and a bit of sea salt.
🌱 Kale - devein and then massage (literally get your hands in there and massage it) with avocado oil. Set aside.
🌱 Sauté red onion with minced clove of garlic
🌱 Sauté sliced zucchini
🌱 Add cashew cream to top it all off.
If you’ve never made this before you will love! It gives any dish that extra dose of scrumptiousness and I just love dousing any and all vegetables with it.
You will need:
🌱 Add boiling water over 1 1/2 cup of raw cashews. Sit and soak for roughly 5 minutes.🌱 Add the cashews, 1 cup of water and a dash of himalayan sea salt to HIGH speed blender. Blend and then thank me because this may just be your new favorite sauce!
🌱 Assemble your bowl (add avocado on top if you wish), drizzle the cashew cream on top and enjoy!
This is fabulous, gonna make you glow veggie bowl of glorious goodness! Leftovers? Add to a wrap, throw on a salad, or simply warm it up! 🌱☀️🌱☀️

Meet my most favorite smoothie bowl ever!! Filled with a copious amount of nutrients, so creamy (thank you, marine collagen) truvani marine collagen is my fave, brimming with plant goodness that leaves you full and satiated and it’s just simply delish!

🌱 1/2 Cup of coconut milk (in the can)
🌱1 Cup of frozen raspberries
🌱2 Bananas
🌱2 Spoonfuls of *muscle protein (your super plant based protein)
🌱1 Spoonful of *super greens
🌱1 Spoonful of *forever beautiful
🌱1 Spoonful of *moon balance
Toppings: banana slices, gluten free granola, blueberries, hemp seeds and/or get creative!
Use all organic ingredients when possible!

🌱Spinach - copious amount
🌱2 Bananas
🌱1 Cup frozen mango
🌱1/2 of an apple
🌱2-3 Slices of cucumber
🌱Greens protein / hemp seeds / or marine collagen
🌱Blend in high powered blender
Toppings:
Grain free granola, banana slices or get creative!
