STRESS MANAGEMENT


WHY would I spend time focusing on STRESS MANAGEMENT with you all?

Well, when our body is under chronic stress our vital systems shut down.
That’s right and it’s a pretty big deal. I’m talking the immune system, digestive system, and our metabolic system.

When our body is under chronic stress, it will not release weight.

Your workouts will not give you the results you desire.

Eating all the right foods will not give you the results you intended either.

All of these efforts will be in vain.

For an extra punch to the gut, it also can have a devastating impact on your hair.

I’ve learned that lesson the hard way. We want our EFFORTS to count and make a difference, right?

While there are many ways to manage stress…I love this breathing exercise.


I, myself, am using this A LOT right now. Breathing in this manner re-centers your brain and allows your systems to do their job. Yes, please!!
