LET’S TALK WATER
Are you drinking enough CLEAN, PURE filtered WATER each day? In our family we use the BERKEY water filter and LOVE it. However there are alternative ways to make drinking CLEAN, PURE water easy. I say this to simply put it on your radar as CLEAN, PURE WATER is vital for our WELLNESS.
We should be drinking approximately HALF of our body weight in ounces of water each day . Now if you are in extreme heat, had a workout or partook in caffeine, then you will need more.
Don’t panic if you’re not doing this yet. Simply drink a cup more today and continually add to that amount until you reach 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. You can do this! You may find yourself using the restroom more at first but this will stabilize.
Water makes up roughly 60% of our body. It is ESSENTIAL for the many processes in our body to run as intended. Water is a vital nutrient to every cell in our body!!

How do YOU drink your water?
My first drink of the day is 30 ounces of water in my glass Mason jar with the juice of a lemon. 🍋
Beginning your day with a gentle detox is an awesome way to cleanse and energize your mind and body and set you on a productive, and healing path.
Throughout the day I will drink roughly 70 to 80 more ounces of water. I carry my 40 ounce stainless steel bottle with me everywhere and fill it twice throughout the day. Again, you don’t have to begin this way but simply strive for more water than you are currently drinking right now. Then work up to the appropriate amount of water for your body.
I drink my water daily with grapefruit essential oil and/or metapwr essential oil blend (my FAVES…curbs appetite and deflates fat cells....YES PLEASE and THANK YOU!!)
You can also go between the other essential oils listed below. They make water fun, taste amazing, and offer a host of other benefits! Adding cucumber slices, lemon wedges or mint can also make it more appealing! One to 2 drops of the below oils is perfect.
