We were created to REST , REPAIR, HEAL and RESTORE in this sacred place of SLUMBER. It’s an essential piece in functioning as designed. In fact, it is just as crucial as the need for food and water. Most adults NEED between 7-9 hours of RESTFUL SLEEP to function properly.
