Could mushroom coffee revolutionize your life? 

Did you know that caffeine can raise CORTISOL levels? 

Too much CORTISOL can lead to CHRONIC STRESS. CHRONIC STRESS can shut down your digestive, immune, and metabolic systems and wreak havoc on your mental HEALTH. 

Shutting down these important systems can lead to illness and even weight gain, just to name a few less than desirable outcomes. And we know what an increase in ANXIETY can do to our overall WELLNESS. 

Now I’m not trying to villainize coffee because coffee and I were madly in love for decades upon decades. Truly.

What I do encourage here is for YOU to listen to your own body. THIS is always important. 

We are all unique, but if you notice your stress levels are keeping YOU from being the best version of YOU, this is worth considering. 

Do you have signs of stress, weight that won’t seem to budge and/or fatigue you can’t shake? Lowering your cortisol levels is something to consider if so.  When focusing on lowering your cortisol, there are supportive practices you can add into your routine BUT looking at current daily choices ALSO must be considered. 

A few years ago I began getting CURIOUS about how my morning cup or cups of Joe could be affecting my overall wellness.

By this point, I’d already learned about the adaptogenic qualities of specific mushrooms as I was using them in my smoothies.

SOOOO, I wanted to see if replacing my morning coffee with mushroom coffee would decrease my stress levels and/or up level other aspects of my health. 

I went from drinking roughly 125 mg of caffeine to 45 mg of caffeine each morning. There is a small dose of organic coffee in each tablespoon of EVERYDAY DOSE ORGANIC mushroom coffee. 

Here’s what I noticed:

● Less JITTERS (aka caffeine shakes) 

● Fewer HIGHS and LOWS

I also add: 

● one scoop of EVERYDAY DOSE organic coffee INTO MY MUG 

● FILL IT WITH WARM WATER FROM THE TEA KETTLE 

● ADD 1 TEASPOON OF ORGANIC MCT OIL 

● Blend with a hand whisker or the blender for EXTRA FROTH.

☕️ And for those that like a little sweetness, you can add liquid monk fruit. It’s the perfect little sweetener and it doesn’t raise the glycemic index.
