For decades my body was SHOUTING at me in various ways BUT I wasn’t TRULY LISTENING.
It takes determination, diligence, courage and the BELIEF that restoration for your SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY is indeed possible.
The journey can be daunting but DO NOT GIVE UP .
YEARS ago THE LORD gave me a picture of the word HOPE. This was at a time where I felt anything but HOPE though I NEEDED a heavy dose so desperately.
I was gifted a reminder that HE is the GREAT PHYSICIAN and when I felt all was lost, HE was STILL at WORK.
The work began in ALL 3 areas: SPIRIT , SOUL and BODY . We are NOT just a PHYSICAL BEING. Often the PHYSICAL HELP we NEED begins in the SPIRIT and SOUL.
I CLUNG to THIS WORD: HOPE.
I began to see God’s faithfulness as I continued TRUSTING HIM and walking out ALL I was learning.
