It’s NOT SIMPLY just WHAT WE EAT either!
Our QUALITY of SLEEP, HYDRATION LEVELS, FOOD CHOICES, CHEMICALS, MEDICATIONS, ANTIBIOTICS, STRESS LEVELS, MOVEMENT and more ALL play a role in the HEALTH of our GUT MICROBIOME.
SOOOOOOOO.......WHAT CAN WE DO without falling victim to OVERWHELM?
First off, let’s BREATHE.

Stress can alter our GUT FLORA, so it’s important to use strategies like this throughout the day when faced with stressors.

THE CLOSER to EARTH the BETTER! Think NOT FROM A BAG but from SOIL. Pesticides and genetically modified foods HARM your gut health.
Eliminating or at least reducing (when you begin) HYDROGENATED OILS can help keep GOOD GUT BACTERIA INTACT. Think eliminating FRIED foods and SEED OILS.
And PROCESSED SUGAR? The TRUTH is it simply eliminates the GOOD BACTERIA in your gut.
It does MORE than simply ADD WEIGHT.
