From dealing with hormonal issues quite extensively in my teens into my 30’s, I’ve found my life experience to have been the very best teacher. 

I am here to tell you, too, that at 50 years of age I am more hormonally balanced than I have ever been in my entire life. 

BUT it didn’t just happen. It’s not genes. I’m not taking a magic pill. And it’s not simply good luck. 

It takes INTENTION, WILL, and DILIGENCE while FOCUSING on your WHY. 

It took trial and error and understanding that these hormonal imbalances are NOT NORMAL as we’ve been led to believe. 


The majority of women in the world don’t deal with these unpleasant issues so we must ask WHY! WHAT is different? HOW can I NOT be a part of this unfortunate NORM that as both young and aging women alike we’ve come to expect? 

I’ve learned to LISTEN to my body, be CURIOUS and DISCOVER alternative practices, protocols and foundations that set me on the path to THRIVING in this phase of life. 

And so I share with YOU because I want YOU to THRIVE too! 

Again, as I will always tell you, I’m not trying to take the place of your medical practitioner. 

I am simply a WOMAN who has gone through decades of hormonal challenges to DISCOVER the true GIFT of feeling BALANCED.

The liver is more than simply your body’s ultimate detoxifier. Along with other crucial tasks, this gland also secretes hormones that regulate many of your bodily functions. Its job is pretty important and one you really don’t want to disrupt. 

If your liver becomes overloaded or congested —whether by stress, poor nutrition, or environmental toxins—it often leads to hormone imbalances. 

When this takes place, clearing out excess estrogen and progesterone is a struggle and in rush the HORMONE IMBALANCES. BOOM!

Your gut isn’t just for digesting food—it’s a key player in hormone health too! 

The gut microbiome, a collection of trillions of bacteria living in your digestive tract, create and regulate hormones. 

In fact, gut hormones regulate the vital functions of metabolism, appetite, and even immune responses.
