Glow from the INSIDE Out: A Holistic Approach to Radiant Skin

Does your skin look and feel DULL, DRY, ROUGH and TIRED despite your greatest efforts to improve your SKINCARE PRODUCTS and PRACTICES?

A few weeks ago, I shared some of my FAVORITE holistic skin care products and practices. While WHAT goes on our skin is VITAL and a TRANSFORMATIVE part of the process, we also need to be reminded that HEALTHY SKIN that is GLOWING and RADIANT begins WITHIN. 🌟

What we put INTO our bodies matters just as much, if not MORE in my opinion, as what we put ON our skin.

I’ve said or written these exact words a MILLION TIMES and I won’t stop. ⬆ YOU ACTING upon these words CAN BE transformational, not only for your BODY but also your SPIRIT and SOUL.

Creating a PURE INNER BEING is a TWO FOLD PROCESS: PURIFYING or as I like to call it (TAKING OUT THE TRASH) and PROTECTING.

PURIFYING and PROTECTING are both foundational and ongoing.

The first job is to PURIFY the INNER environment to make room for the NEW. This can be initially approached through a guided process of opening drainage pathways. This will help your body move out the ”the trash”.

A few of my favorite ways to do this:

  • Dry brushing for lymphatic drainage

  • Rebounding for 10 to 20 minutes

  • Proper hydration

  • Infrared sauna

  • Castor oil packs

  • Movement

  • Herbal teas

One good indicator that your pathways are open? If you are eliminating 2 to 3 times a day.
