Your Choices Have Consequences
What if your WELLNESS depends more upon what you REMOVE from your life than what you ADD? WHAT you PERMIT to enter your BODY MATTERS whether it is FOOD or beyond. SIMPLY PUT? YOUR CHOICES have CONSEQUENCES.
Refuge and Strength
When we experience chronic STRESS our IMMUNE system, DIGESTIVE system and our METABOLIC system turn off. Our body goes into FIGHT, FLIGHT or FREEZE. Our adrenaline and cortisol rise and we suddenly can not differentiate between real and imagined stress. Perhaps you can relate. Have you ever experienced illness, digestive issues and/or inability to lose weight when your body is in the sympathetic state(stress)? This is for good reason.

In The Weeds
Each year in preparation for new mulch being laid, I love going out and working in the yard. It’s fulfilling to put your whole self into the hedging, removing weeds and just getting rid of the OLD and making way for the NEW.

What if nurturing and nourishing the spirit and soul is what transforms the physical?
I was depriving myself, over indulging, and blindly falling victim to what others spoke over my physical being from medical perspectives and beyond. I permitted THOUGHTS regarding my physical body to become my BELIEFS and I ACTED accordingly.

WHO WILL YOU SHOW UP AS TODAY?
We are met with CHOICES immediately upon waking each and every day. Who will I show up as today? CHOOSING your IDENTITY involves deep rooted understanding and intention. Knowing that WHO you BELIEVE YOU ARE will dictate every action or inaction you make within a day.

FOOD HAS THE POWER TO HEAL US
The average American consumes on average 152 pounds of SUGAR in a year. The impact here is extensive and the effects stretch to many areas of an individual’s overall wellness.
